This villa is the perfect accommodation for a wonderful beach holiday on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The villa has a spacious living room with air conditioning, two comfortable sofas and armchair, flat screen TV with some English channels, DVD player and FREE WIFI INTERNET. There is a separate dining room with dining table and 6 chairs, followed by a fully equipped modern kitchen. The 3 bedrooms all have good quality beds with good mattresses. The holiday villa is situated in a quiet residential area at 300 meters from the sandy beaches east of Elviria Marbella. Elviria is well known for the famous Nikki Beach resort and the 5 star Hotel Don Carlos. In the immediate surroundings you find several renowned golf courses. Elviria - Marbella has its own shopping mall with several supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.

Due to the central location of this holiday house, all major resorts and theme parks are within a 15 to 30 minutes drive. Among which the water park Aquapark Mijas, the beautifully landscaped Zoo in Fuengirola, Tivoli World & Sealife Benalmadena, the crocodile park in Torremolinos, the Selwo Safari Park in Estepona and Selwo Marina Benalmadena. Spend a day in Seville, with its beautiful old town and Isla Magica - one of the best amusement parks in Europe. And do not forget the stunning cultural cities of Granada, Cordoba, Malaga and Ronda. These cities are within 1 to 2 hours driving.
A GOLFERS PARADISE:
In the surroundings of the holiday villa you will find a vast array of more than 50 renowned golf courses including Marbella Golf & Country Club, Los Arqueros Golf & La Quinta Golf and Country Club, La Cala Golf (with 3 x 18 holes the largest golf course in Spain), Mijas Golf, the Valle Romano Golf Course in Estepona, Las Brisas, designed by Robert Trent Jones, offers a large number of prestigious golf championships such as the Spanish Open and the Mediterranean Open. Just the grass used is a revelation: Bermuda grass for the fairways and Penn Cross for the green. The length of the 18 hole course is 6.163 meters. Los Naranjos Golf, another example of the genius of Robert Trent Jones, is an 18 hole course with a length of 6.457 meters. One of the most notable hole is the 12th hole, protected by a pond. The first nine holes are easy to do for players of all levels, but the last nine holes are for the pros. Aloha Golf, with its lush and varied vegetation is a very beautiful 18 hole golf course. La Quinta has one of the best equipped club houses on the Costa del Sol. It was designed by Manuel Pinero and Antonia Garcia.

THE RESORT OF MARBELLA - PUERTO BANUS
The luxurious and famous Marbella with his beautiful marina Puerto Banus are at just 10 to 15 minutes by car. Marbella offers clean beaches, elegant shops such as Gucci and Armani, clubs, art, top class restaurants, sport clubs and a casino. If you think Marbella is just a tourist interest for its beach side life and Mediterranean weather, you are wrong. There is much more to see, and the best part is its “Casco Antiguo” the Old town, situated in the centre of the Marbella, and only a few hundred meters from the beach and boulevard. In the pretty narrow little streets, set in an arabesque style, and structures that date back as far as 11th century, you’ll find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, etc. The central attraction of Old Town is the Orange Square or “La Plaza de los Naranjos”. A fantastic place with lots of history. Also the metropolis of Málaga is definitely worth a visit.
SHOPPING, EATING OUT AND DRINKING:
Eating out is of course an all year round option. The many local restaurants offer a wealth of possibilities for every taste and budget such as French, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Californian and of course Spanish cuisine with seafood and Tapas bars. The famous department store El Corte Ingles has two large stores in Marbella and Puerto Banus and offers everything from clothing to household appliances and delicious delicacies. The luxurious designer stores such as Brioni, Ferragamo, Hermes, Bvlgari and Dior are there to meet the expectations of the demanding customer. The Rastros (flea markets) and weekly markets offer great opportunities for shopping. The main weekly market is every Saturday morning near the Bull ring in Nueva Andalucia; just a 5 minutes drive from the holiday home. The big indoor shopping center "La Cañada" Marbella is one of the biggest attractions for the city. Not only because of the large number of shops but also because of the dozens of restaurants and the cinemas where the latest films are shown.
PLAZA MAYOR,
Plaza Mayor, another outdoor shopping and entertainment center located next to the Malaga airport. Here you will find cinemas, bowling alleys, arcades, shops, bars, restaurants and terraces. Plaza Mayor is an ideal place to spend an afternoon or evening out with the whole family.
