Villa Mas Mila is a beautifully modern, exquisitely decorated villa. The decoration says elegance in every corner yet this stylish villa also offers luxurious comfort resulting in a villa perfect for hanging out in.
The spaces within the house are bright with ceiling to floor windows giving views over the pool and out into the extensive country side.
There are 3 floors in this villa, with the Grand Master Ensuite separated from the 3 lower floor bedrooms by the main open plan living area. The Master Ensuite is the only room on the top floor and has exceptional views.
The open plan kitchen, dining and living room open onto a large terrace which provides a significant space for cooking dining in, out and socialising. This villa is perfect for sharing with friends and family given the large number of terraces.

There is a fabulous decked terrace around with pool with sun loungers - a perfect place to work your tan, read or just chill. The views from this villa out toward the Garraf Natural Park are some of the best in the area.
Bedroom 1: Large Master King Size with En-suite. The views from this room are simply spectacular. This is the only room on this floor and the stairs leads down to the main floor.
The main floor is the indoor social area of this villa. There is an open plan living dining area with a separated kitchen. There is no lack of dining areas in this house, off the kitchen there is an outdoor shaded dining area – perfect for those hot summer days and the indoor open plan dining and living area gives onto a large terrace with yet another chill out exterior living area and additional dining area. All of this overlooks the decked pool (important for those with kids) and provides spectacular views once again out to the Natural Park del Garraf. The indoor living area is also attractive in either in Summer or Winter due to the Aircon/heating system – the large salon offers great views, 2 large sofas - a perfect relaxing/social/chilling area.
The kitchen sits behind the dining area with an intelligent design which allows it to be almost concealed yet part of the open plan feel. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you could need to for preparing food and dining at home. All the kitchen essentials are available and an additional a utility Room houses the washing machine, ironing board, Iron, , pantry, hoover etc.
On this floor there is also a convenient WC for the use of guests.

The ground floor has direct access to the decked terrace and pool.

Mas Mila is situated between the hamlet village of Olivella on the edge of the Natural Park and Sant Pere de Ribes – an enjoyable 9 min drive through the vineyards.
Olivella, the town has cobbled streets and a small church all overlooking beautiful countryside & vineyards. You will find a very nice rustic restaurant in the town run by Gabriel, a French chef who left his restaurant in Sitges to open his restaurant in the country. It would be a shame not to visit the village when you are here. It really is beautiful.
Nearest commercial town is St Pere de Ribes: 5kms (5km/4 mins drive) this has everything from Supermarkets, a market on a Friday, post office, shops, café, restaurants. A further 5 mins driving will take you to the beaches of Sitges.
The top floor is one of the suites with an ensuite shower room. It is beautiful and with amazing views.
The main floor comprises a large open plan living/kitchen/dining and separate WC - all with access to a long terrace overlooking the pool area and views over the hills of the Garraf Natural Park.
Lower floor: 3 bedrooms on this floor: Large king-size room with en-suite, two double bedroom with 2 single beds each. All with pool view. Bathroom on this floor has large walkin in hydrotherapy shower.
Private infinity swimming pool 8x4m for private use of guests only, surrounded by wooden sundeck with sunbeds on wheels and has stunning views of the Natural Park. Large terrace on main floor 60m2 is perfect for outdoor dinning or chilling out enjoying a sundown drink.

Local shop, bank and pharmacy 2 mins. Portaventura theme park and water park 50 mins by car.
Rural hamlet village of Olivella is a must see and only 5 mins by car, idyllic setting. City centre Barcelona 30 mins by motorway 35km.
Direct train connection Sitges to Barcelona 35 minutes. Bus Service to Barcelona from St Pere De Ribes every hour. San Pere de Ribes (closest town) with large supermarket 5 minutes.

|Bemerkninger:||A booking deposit of 30% of the total villa rental is required to reserve the villa.
The remaining 70% can be paid 6 weeks in advance of arrival date by bank transfer or in cash on arrival - to be agreed at time of booking.
A damages deposit of €700 and a cleaning fee of €150 will be required either by bank transfer 6 weeks in advance or in cash upon arrival.
Please Note: the damages deposit will be returned 48 hours after departure by bank transfer if everything in order even in circumstances where it is paid in cash.
During Winter months an additional €100 is charged for heating
CHECK INS – Check in is normally after 16:00. Where possible, we will endeavour to accommodate early arrival times but in high season this is unlikely. Check in is at our office on Calle Jardi 16, Sitges 08870. All guests are required to register with a passport or National ID card and the register may be inspected by the local police from time to time.
LATE CHECK INS - from 8pm – 12pm or on Sundays anytime will incur a charge of €40 per villa. A check in after midnight any day will incur a charge of €75 per villa. Our office hours are Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm Saturdays: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm (High Season) Sundays/ Public Holidays : CLOSED
CHECK OUT is before 11am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Check out requirements apply to all villas and are available at the villa and upon check in. Failure to adhere to these check out undertakings will result in additional charges being levied.
