Villa Garduix is a beautiful, 5 bedroom holiday home. The inside area is over 400m2, with 3 floors.
On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, balcony and huge wardrobe with a safe. In the bedroom there is a double bed and air-conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet and sink.
The middle floor has a large dining/living-room, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the lounge there is a flat-screen T.V. with satellite channels in English, French, German and Spanish. There is also a DVD player, air-conditioning, sofa, table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, electric hobs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee-machine, water boiler, table and chairs.
Of the three bedrooms, two have single beds and one has a double bed. Two of them also have en-suite bathrooms with bath, shower, WC, sink and bidet. The remaining bathroom has a shower, WC, sink and bidet.
Downstairs there is bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with WC, sink and shower. There is also a large room with a bar , pool table, table and chairs. Washing machine can be found in a small utility room. Huge glass windows make the room very luminous and also give those inside views of the swimming-pool.
Outside there is a 8x4m swimming-pool with roman steps, a terrace area with terrace furniture including sunbeds, table and chairs. Surrounding the pool there is a terrace on one side and grass on the other. There is a built-up, covered barbeque area with an oven that is ideal for making pizzas and bread. The villa is only 800m from the nearest supermarket, 400m from the nearest restaurant and a 15 minute walk to the town centre and beach. Located near all local amenities, this villa will surely not disappoint you and will provide you with a holiday to remember.

As of 2012 the jacuzzi is no longer available to use. In the same bathroom, however, there is a very modern shower.
