This beautiful Country House is the ultimate in luxury. Recently extended and built to a very high standard, 'Casa de Antano" (House of long Ago) still retains many of its
traditional features with its thick walls, beamed ceilings and open fires. A beautiful Andalucian Courtyard with its
wisteria and bougainvillea leads into the entrance of the property. All rooms have Air Conditioning/Heating although due to its thick walls, the house remains cool even in the hottest months. The well fitted kitchen with hand made oak units include table and chairs to provide a convenient eating area and an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Washing Machine/Dryer etc and a large Belfast Sink. We have a separate dining room with a large Table and Chairs for more formal dining if desired. The lounge has large comfy sofas, TV, DVD and a selection of books. Upstairs there are 3 large double bedrooms, one with en suite shower, toilet and hand basin and all have large fitted wardrobes, and french doors onto typical Spanish balconies with beautiful mountain and countryside views. The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a separate annex attached to the main house with a high cathedral ceiling. This lovely room has its own open fire, sofas and has stairs leading to a gallery with a sofa bed for extra guests. French doors lead
out into the Swimming pool area and a covered open summer room for al fresco dining. A Barbecue is situated in this area with lounge chairs for relaxing by the pool. A lovely comfortable hammock under the Grapefruit tree is wonderful for a lazy afternoon siesta! There is another terrace at the other side of the house with its own eating area and comfortable seating. French doors from the Kitchen, Dining Room and Lounge all lead onto this lovely terrace 'Casa de Antano" has all the comforts for a relaxing holiday, yet is within easy reach of the Coast with its beaches and wonderful shopping. The road leading to the house links into
the new marked cycle trail which goes through the beautiful andalucian countryside, and we can provide bikes for guests for a small charge, or you can bring your own if preferred.

+ Mer informasjon BARBARA GROUND My husband and I moved to Spain 7 years ago when we retired and love our life here in Southern Spain. My daughter married Rafael in September 1998 and we have 2 grand children. We first saw "Casa de Antaño" when it was in a very neglected state, but when it came up for sale, we knew it could be a beautiful home and, after much hard work, this has proved to be true. The house is loved by us all, and we enjoy sharing it with all our guests that come and stay.
