Impressive villa with views to the sea for 6-8 people en Calpe. This villa is situated in the Oltamar area, quiet zone in the Oltà mountain, approx 200 m above the sea level. Newly constructed villa on one floor with a living area of 220 m². The Plot of 1.200 m² is completely enclosed and has a parking for 4-5 cars.
Inside: spacy and sunny house with large living room with tasteful furniture, sat-tv and access to the covered terrace and the pool. Dining room with access to the terrace and the pool. Independent kitchen completely equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils. 1 guest-toilet with wshbasin. 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom in suite with bathtub, shower, wc, and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed (2 single beds put together) and bathroom in suite with shower wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with double bed and bathroom in suite with shower, wc and washbasin (in this bedroom there is another room with window and space for an individual bed and 1 room with washingmachine).
Outside: terrace with pool (8x4m) with built-in stairs (access to the pool from the terrace by stairs with a few steps), spacy area to sunbathe in the loungers (4), external shower, small pergola to make barbecues. Only 2,5 km to the town centre Calpe, 3,5 km to the sandy beach Arenal-bol with promenade and 2,8 km to the supermarket (Mercadona).
Extras:
It’s possible to accommodate 2 more people after prior consulting, additional cost: 90 € per stay and person.

The prices include:

initial cleaning, water consumption, electricity (at those properties without air conditioning), butane gas, linen (sheets and shower towels), dishcloths, garden maintenance, swimming pool and corresponding VAT.

The price of the stay does not include any travel insurance, not theft or accident insurance not liability insurance for actions caused by the client to other persons or things, so that ALQUILERES OLTASUCH S.L is not legally liable for any incidents that may happen inside or outside the rented holiday home.


The prices do not include:


Final cleaning (the amount will be stated on the web form)
Electricity consumption (only applicable at those properties with 1 or more air conditioning splits, the amount will be stated on the web form)


Having filled in the booking form via our website, the chosen property will be provisionally reserved for a period of 3 days. Over the course of those 3 days, you will be required to confirm your booking by completing payment. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled. In the case of last-minute bookings, you will only have 1 day to confirm the booking or it will be automatically cancelled.

Payment process:

First payment: 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation by transfer or by credit card.
Second payment: 60% when the client receives the keys, in cash or by credit card.
BOOKING CANCELLATION

The terms and conditions on cancellation expenses come into effect from the moment this booking contract is formalised.


• 0% costs if the client cancels the booking 42 days or more before the arrival date.
• 40% of the whole booking amount if the client cancels between 41 and 8 days before the arrival in the holiday home.
• 100% of the booking amount, in the case that the client cancels the reservation 7 days before the arrival into the property.
