This lovely five bedroom villa, is the perfect family holiday villa. Set across two floors the rooms are large and airy, with plenty of the Spanish sunshine filling all the rooms! On the main level you will find three large bedrooms, with cot space, and two bathrooms. There is a large and fully equipped kitchen and large living and dining room opening out to a large covered terrace with ample seating and alfresco dining area.

The lower floor of this villa is accessed by external stairs, which also has its own driveway!On the lower floor you will find two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room.

The villa has freeview TV with channels in Spanish, English, French and German. You will also find DVD, CD´s and games to entertain all ages.

The delightful pool and patio area is brand new and boasting a large pool and outside shower with views over the sparkling Mediterranean sea, a large gas BBQ can be found on this patio, along with lots of sun lounger´s for soaking up the sun and as dusk settles in, chill out with some light music and a glass of wine, while the garden becomes a haven for relaxing amid lemon, orange and pomegranate trees!

You will also discover a extensive roof top terrace which is totally private and has views over the entire bay!

The villa has a travel cot and highchair for your use if you should also need it.

With easy access from Alicante airport, with transfer time taking approximately 25 minutes, we can arrange a private taxi transfer for you or if you prefer we can take all the airport stress away by providing you with a car hire waiting at the villa upon your arrival.

Our car rental offers free airport service! This means the car will be waiting at the villa for you, so no long airport queues in the summer. Our agent Yampi, will meet you at the airport with his minibus and bring you directly to the airport (no matter what the party size) once you arrive at the villa, Yampi will arrange the paper work for the rental car, then you can start your holiday...hassle free. Upon your departure, Yampi will return you all back to the airport! Easy!

Upon arrival at the villa, I will be at the villa to meet you, show you in and answer any questions that you may have!

We have a excellent car hire company based in El Campello. They are a long established company and speak English, Spanish, French and Dutch.

They work with LCM Villas and offer a personal meet and greet service where you will be collected in a minibus at the airport and taken to your holiday villa, where your hire vehicles will be waiting for you, saving you all the stress of airport queues. This is a FREE service and applies to all customers.

Alternatively if you prefer a representative can meet you at the airport with your chosen vehicle.

Please contact us directly for a free quote, the car hire includes free mileage, full tank and all risk insurance.

Please remember to book any car hire well in advance if your holiday is within the main summer months of July and August, as availability becomes very limited and the prices with other companies can be very high.

This summer we have put together different services which we hope will enhance your holiday experience; we have beauty treats; nails; massage etc: horse riding and our most popular is Paella night. Please feel free to contact me directly for further information.

My name is Louise and I live in Spain with my husband Carl and my little girl. We have lived in El Campello over the last nine years and love the Spanish way of life! Should you rent one of our villa´s, we will be on hand to meet you in, show you around and give you some local info, who better than the people that live here! We will guide you from your first enquiry to meeting you upon arrival. We will also be on hand during your stay should you need anything.
