LUXURIOUS, ELEGANT AND TRADITIONAL villa in Calpe (Costa Blanca), with private pool for maximum 8 people.

DISTRIBUTION: This magnificent villa is composed of two floors connected by an internal staircase. Upstairs there is a large area which gives access to three bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms with shower, there's another elegant bedroom with double bed, large closet and a lavish bathroom with tub and shower with top quality finishes, the three bedrooms have access to a terrace with wonderful views of the natural park of the Rock of Ifach and Calpe town. On the main floor at pool level, you have a large space composed of a games room, main lounge with leather sofas, elegant and exquisite dining room, reading room and a large kitchen fully equipped with a traditional design. All these areas have access to the garden area.

EXTERIOR: From inside the house we access the pool area through large glass doors. There we find a wonderful swimming pool decorated with tasty garden furniture. A spacious and fascinating barbecue area that has a fully equipped kitchen, with wooden table and chairs, where we can enjoy poolside dining time. This villa has 3500 square meters spread over several levels of a garden with lawns, trees, seating areas, an a gazebo. From the kitchen and main floor there's also access to a covered terrace, ready for dinners and banquets. The villa's entrance has covered and open parking space for several vehicles.

LOCATION: Quiet and discreet, this charming villa is a great way to spend some time relaxing in this wonderful place in the Mediterranean. It is located in a residential area of Calpe, 10 minutes from the town and its magnificent beaches of fine sand.
