Nestled on the slopes of the La Sella Mountains, this new, modern luxury apartment offers a welcome retreat for a rejuvenating holiday. Las Mimosas is considered by many, locals and visitors alike, as one of the best developments in the area. It is just 10 minutes away from Denia and Javea beaches, 5 minutes from the La Sella Golf and literally steps away from both tennis and riding facilities. There are countless number of restaurants, including a 2 Michelin star restaurant and shopping in the nearby areas. The Marina Shopping Mall in Ondara is just 5 minutes by car. La Sella’s convenient location allows for quick access to major arteries AP-7 and N332, great for those who want to explore other towns.

The apartment has plenty wide, open spaces with 170 m2 of living area plus 100 m2 of terrace, generous dose of sunlight courtesy of the wide glass doors found in every bedroom and the living room, which lead to the terrace. The grand terrace has breath-taking panoramic views of the Montgó National Park, the Mediterranean Sea and the neighbouring towns below and the island of Ibiza. Costa Blanca

Its climate is temperate, not as cold and wet in the winter as the Costa Brava, in the north, nor as hot and humid in the summer as the Costa del Sol, in the south.

Marina Alta
The northern side of Costa Blanca, known as Marina Alta is cloaked with orchards, predominantly orange groves, and mountains in the backdrop. Here you will find many unspoilt beaches that are not as overcrowded.

Having traveled extensively, I understand the need to come “home” to a nice place while away from home. The environment, the cleanliness, the state of the furnishings, etc. are all very important to me. Wherever I am, I like to retire at night to an inviting accommodation that is suitable for a good night’s rest: a comfortable bed, quiet surroundings and conducive temperature are in good order so that I can be recharged for the next day’s new adventure.
