Description
Location :-Just a 15 minute walk to the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. less than a 5 minute drive to the bustling market town of Coin, 25 minutes west of Malaga airport and just a 20 minute drive from the heart of Marbella. For a day out its an easy drive to Seville (3hrs), Gibralter (1.5hrs), Granada (1.75hrs) and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada is just 2 hrs away. Shopping complex "La Trotcha" with shops, bars, eateries, cinema, kids play area is within walking distance. The nearest beaches can be found just a 20 minute drive away and include Fuengirola, La Cala, Marbella etc. Just a 10 minute drive and you will find the nearby golf courses.
Accommodation :- Comprises of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, spacious living area with dining for 6, log burning fire and double sofa bed.There is a shower room with large walk in shower, loo, handbasin and bidet. The fitted kitchen has washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave and all equipment making it an ideal home from home. For your entertainment there is satelite TV, DVD player, music centre, books and games. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens and shutters, fans are available in both bedrooms. Not forgetting the all important airconditioning in the living area. A safe is provided for your peace of mind. Outside near the pool is a shaded gazebo, a huge sunbathing area with sunbeds, patio area for eating Al Fresco from the magnificent BBQ. Cots and highchairs can be provided upon request, bed linen and towels provided. Supply own beach towels.

Nearby golf courses are found at Mijas, Lauro, Alhaurin and La Cala. Aqua parks are in the local neighbouring resorts. Coin features a weekly local market as do most of the nearby resorts. "La Canada" is on the outskirts of Marbella a 20 minute drive away. This is a huge shoppiong mall with bars, restaurants, fast food outlets and is a must see for anyone who enjoys retail therapy.A number of Pharmacys are located in the town of Coin and a 24hrs emergency hospital is a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of bars and restaurants as well as takeaways can be found in Coin. The chinease takeaway is 2 minutes drive away as is the local supermarkets.
