The two bedroom apartment has one double room (with king size bed) and a second bedroom with children’s bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment has a spacious walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table and leads onto a large terrace (17m2).
The apartment is newly furnished and is perfect for families with children. Within 300m guests can find all the necessary facilities to make their stay as comfortable as possible (supermarket, restaurants, taxi rank, bus stops etc.) without the need of having a car.
Malaga is a bustling city on the famous Costa del Sol with a population of over one million. The Phoenicians settled in Malaga in the 8th century BC, making it one of the oldest cities in Europe. There are many local attractions, for example the ruins of the Roman Theatre, the impressive Arabic Citadel and the Gibralfaro Castle.
Malaga has a subtropical climate with an average temperature of 18ºC, with maximum temperatures of 25.4ºC in August and mild winter months.
Pedregalejo is traditionally an old fishing quarter which is now becoming a popular up-market residential area. It also has one of the highest ratios of Spanish language schools in Spain. Pedregalejo is also famous for its beach, divided into pretty little coves. Pedregalejo offers the very best of Malaga: beaches, tropical palm trees, promenades as well as a wide variety of restaurants. The Spanish beach bars are a must, perfect for watching the sun go down as you enjoy the local speciality of fried fish. Without doubt, it is one of the most fashionable quarters of Malaga.
