The house comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and large living/dining room.
Patio doors lead from the living room to the front garden which has a long terrace that is shady in the morning and sunny late afternoon and evening.
Access to the rear garden is from the kitchen. There is a small raised platform with steps leading to the patio that has a table with 8 chairs barbecue and parasol. There is a deep pool (7m x 4m) with metal steps. There is a lawn with 3 sunloungers and a shady area provided by 2 avocado trees.
There is off-street parking for 2 cars, one under cover.
All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes a chest of drawers, bedside tables and bedside lights and electric fans.
There are 2 double bedrooms (both with doors to an upstairs veranda) one 6ft bed and one 5ft bed.
2 twin rooms and one single room.
Both bathrooms have twin basins, toilet, and bath with shower overhead. The upstairs one has a bidet. The lower one has a washing machine.
The living/dining room has log-burning fireplace, a dining table and 8 chairs, settee, two easy chairs and a small music centre.
The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges and is well equipped for cooking.
El Puerto de Santa Maria is an old fishing town situated across the bay from Cadiz, on the Costa de la Luz. It is a lively town with many places to visit and numerous restaurants. It is not well-known to English tourists but many Spanish families have holiday homes there, which must say something for the area.
There are many beaches in the area to explore including the lovely long beach of Playa de Santa Catalina, 5 minutes drive away.
The house is not suitable for families with young children because the pool is unprotected and there are open steps outside the back door.
This house is not suitable for house parties of young, noisy people. If we discover this is the case and the neighbours have been disturbed we will withhold your returnable deposit.
