PAR V is part of a spacious, Andalusian style complex (cortijada), of just five villas and semi-detached. The villa has been fully renovated during 2005, with luxurious fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, new furniture and a climat controle system throughout. The lay-out of the cortijada is such that it guarantees complete privacy. It has a large swimming pool. The alarm system has a seperate panic button for police, ambulance and fire brigade. As PAR V is devided over two floors with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, the house is very suitable for two couples/families. The villa is set in an oasis of peace and quiet, close to the lively town of Fuengirola, with Marbella and Puerto Banus about 20 minutes away; it has private parking, and is just a few minutes from the beach and a wide range of restaurants and entertainment.
Mijas golf comprises two beautifully landscaped 18 hole golf courses which are the longest established on the Costa del Sol. The quantity and quality of golf courses has increased greatly since Andalucia hosted the Ryder Cup in 1997, but few course match the standard of Mijas Golf which has none of the "housing estate", feel of courses which are dominated by the surrounding construction.
The courses are close to the coast and are also convenient for exploring the rural inland area of Malaga province, with its abundance of orange, avocado and olive groves. Sevilla and Granada are only two hours away, as are the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada. The 5* Guadalpin Byblos Hotel and the Tamisa 4* golf resort hotel are walking distance, with lovely outdoor dining facilities and cocktail terraces. The villa is in the perfect location to meet every type of holiday need, whether you want beaches, cultural experiences, gastronomy, golf or any other type of sporting or leisure activity.

Villa PAR V is very well appointed and very comfortable. The terrace is a lovely place for a long breakfast and lunch and dinner become long leisurely affairs. In the morning the cool terraces are wonderful for reading your morning paper or favorite books, while early birds pass by and hit their golf balls (sometimes into the water). After a wonderful afternoon at the beach or in the pool it is time to prepare the cocktails and sit in the garden to watch the spectacular and fabulous sun set and enjoy the quietness and peace as the golf course becomes your extended garden.
The house is devided in two levels, the ground floor has a spacious living/dining area with a mezzanine floor, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a luxurious bathroom with marble top, double basins and seperate shower. The living room leads direct to a big covered terrace, with high quality teak lounge furniture and alluminium all weather dining table and chairs.
You can have dinner on the up stairs terrace, down in the garden or during a winter evening by the fire place on the mezzanine floor. There is plenty of dining furniture available. At the lower level there is a big master bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom with marble top, huge bath tub and seperate shower. Outdoors youll find a large private terrace with typical Andalucian style tiles and fountain, an outdoor shower, and a beautiful landscaped garden. The huge pool is next to the house. Villa PAR V is decorated with care, matching style and comfort in a Spanish and international atmosphere.

|Bemerkninger:||A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, together with a refundable damages deposit of 300 Euro. Please contact us for preferential winter rates and for bookings in excess of 2 weeks. The rent includes weekly cleaning (one week rentals + 15 p.p end clean), change of linen/towels and water and electricity bills, excessive use of electricity (more than 200 KW per week) will be charged at cost price. To allow time for cleaning, the villa must be vacanted by 10 am on the day of departure and is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Weekend change over is preferred but we are flexible and can usually accommodate mid-week change over.
