The apartment is set on the 4th floor of a modern gated development with lift for easy access. It is just 200 metres from miles of beaches on the Costa de Luz (‘Coast of Light’) and is also conveniently located for the fabulous Isla Canela golf course which is 5 minutes drive away. Many other courses in the surrounding area are easily accessible by car, both in Southern Spain and the Portuguese Algarve region.
This fully furnished apartment has two bedrooms, 1 room is a double with ensuite whilst the other has two single beds. The ensuite has a bath / shower whilst a separate shower room houses an additional WC. The kitchen is stocked with all appliances required (Large Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Hob, Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Machine) and a separate utility room offers a washing machine, as well as providing plenty of room for additional storage. The large dining / lounge area provides a dining table to seat 6 and a double sofa/bed and two single sofa chairs, along with LCD TV, DVD, Satellite TV, CD / Radio. This all leads to a large balcony that offers great views towards the Ocean and the classy Hotel Rio as well as providing a view of the developments swimming pool. Outdoor furniture provides an ideal setting for breakfast under the sun.
Allocated secure parking is provided and the private communal swimming pool has both sun beds and parasols for your convenience. Just 100 metres from the front gate
is the local shopping centre overlooking the marina. The shopping mall includes many restaurants, offering the latest catch from the local fishermen, and quiet bars to relax in.
Five minutes walk away is a newly opened sports complex where a game of tennis, football or basketball can be enjoyed. 10 minutes drive away is the typical charming Spanish town of Ayamonte where there is an abundance of small tapas bars and shops lining the cobbled streets. Just 5 minutes further drive takes you to the Portuguese side of the river which opens up the endless possibilities of the Algarve region.

Isla Canela - Punta del Moral is based in one of the finest areas in Andalucia located within 45 minutes drive from Faro and 1 ½ Hours from Seville Airports, both of which are serviced by numerous airlines inluding Monarch, Easyjet, TAP & Thomson.
Isla Canela itself is an island with a road connection to the Spanish mainland and its prime location offers unspoilt views of the Atlantic Ocean. It offers a wonderful, hot and sunny Mediterranean climate in summer and its mild and pleasant environment at other times, makes it an ideal get away at any time of the year. It is set over 1760 hectares with seven kilometres of sandy beaches.
Isla Canela has much to offer from its location with it being both a relaxing, peaceful setting but still within a short distance of the popular Portuguese Algarve area.
Isla Canela offers much to do from a round of golf on the coastal18 hole course, playing tennis, fishing or shopping. The local shopping centre has many shops, bars and restraints offering a fine selection of typical Spanish Tapas and Paella.
Or if relaxing on the sandy beaches or by the pool is more your style than Isla Canela offers it all.
