Casa Haya is an exceptionally spacious villa in a great location, just 10 minutes walk into Moraira town. It's perfect for two or three families holidaying together, offering its guests every modern convenience and comfort, including its own GYM!! Situated in the Pinar de l'Advocat area of Moraira, it is within walking distance of Ampolla & Platgetes beaches (10-12 mins)which allows guests to have the independence to come and go as they please. It is also just a few meters from one of Moraira's most popular and highly rated is air conditioned & centrally heated throughout. The ground floor has a lovely large lounge which is open plan from the kitchen and indoor dining area. It has three sofas, SKY TV, a DVD and CD player. It has adsl connection available. The french doors from the lounge lead onto the spacious naya (covered dining terrace)
From the Naya there are a few steps down to the pool terrace . The naya also leads to a purpose built BBQ and food preparation area. It’s a very practical area to the rear of the kitchen. The Villas kitchen is large and modern with a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also on this floor are two bedrooms. One is a double with queen size bed and en suite shower room, plus another bedroom with a bathroom just opposite. Upstairs , there are two further bedrooms , one master bedroom with King Size bed with en suite, plus a twin bedroom , also with en suite shower room. Both upstairs bedrooms have patio doors which lead onto the upstairs terrace/balcony . There are very pleasant views towards Moraira from this balcony.
On the lower floor of the villa is another large twin bedded room (beds can be put together) with en suite shower room. We offer an additional “put up” bed for a child to stay in this room with parents There is also a utility area for washing and drying clothes. Next to this is a huge GYM with 5/6 pieces of training equipment (can be used by clients at their own risk) so there is no reason to pile on the pounds at this villa!! The gym has its own additional toilet and shower and has patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace and pool. A unique facility for the keep fit enthusiast. The gym can also serve as an additional bedroom for children wanting to be close to parents on this floor.
We think Casa Haya is a perfect choice for families holidaying together as there is just so much space and choice of areas to sit and chill out , ensuring that you will not get under each others feet. Most important also is that every bedroom has its own private facilities. Plus an additional pool toilet and shower, for everyone to use.

We so enjoyed our stay. Really spacious and comfortable. Great location, not too uphill on the way back! Have eaten at Pepe Restaurant lots of times as its so pretty on the terrace and so convenient. Kids could just walk back to the villa whilst the rest of us could linger over the huge spanish brandies- The Gordons
