Romantic & very private villa & exclusive pool, set in a fantastic position, surrounded by tropical gardens, gated private driveway.
Very quiet & tucked away, yet front line to a challenging little golf course, with one of the most magical views in the world from its terrace!
Watch the sun go down over the fairways, then prepare an alfresco meal in the lovely outdoor kitchen, & take a glass of vino from the private bar!
This is our little slice of Paradise & this year (to help with the mortgage) we are opening its doors to couples & caring families only,please to enjoy! Walk to shops,bars & restaurants a lovely rocky cove, or take the car (just a few mins) to the lovely beaches of Moraira & El Portet (the best kept secret on the Costas!).
Our home has 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a 4-poster bed & en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is also a good size, & could take one or two cots . There is a family bathroom, living/dining room (with Sofa Bed) & glass conservatory.
Oudoors is where La Casacada comes into its own,with a lovely sparkling private pool,not at all outdoor bar & mini-kitchen with sink,fridge & dishwasher!
The outdoor shower with hot & cold is great...& a hit with all guests.
So many couples & families this year have hardly left the villa at all..
it is just so relaxing!
If you havent been to Moraira this is just a taster-
Moraira, an unspoilt Gem, Puerto Banus of the Costa Blanca, Is only 30 min from Benidorm, yet a world away in reality! Stylish low rise buildings meet the elegant marina, dine in waterside bistros or upmarket cafes. Delight in the glorious cove that is El Portet (Best kept secret on the Costas!).Only an hours drive from Alicante airport, & the Americas Cup city Valencias airport a similar distance, theres a great choice of low-cost flights available. Busier towns of Javea, Calpe, Altea, Denia & Benidorm all within a 15-40 min drive. The fantastic theme, nature & water parks of Terra Mittica (30 mins) Guadalest & the waterfalls a similar distance away, the area offers so much to do & see! La Cascada is front line to a tricky 9 hole golf course that will challenge even the experienced golfer, whilst another 10 courses are within an hours drive. A water lovers paradise, all kinds of boating, deep-sea diving, windsurfing to enjoy.

We travelled as a party of four and chose La Cascada because of the privacy the web-pages offered, the Moraira area having been recommended by friends. Both the area and the villa lived up to our expectations - and more!! A beautifully well maintined property, good sized private pool and location allowed the children hours and hours of swimming and dolphin-play with their flippers, giving us (as exhausted adults in need of a good break) the chance to thoroughly relax, read, sip drinks by the pool and live the dream for a couple of weeks.
The provision of lots of fans meant that we were able to keep cool enough at night and the ample outdoor seating areas meant that it was very easy to choose a sunny spot or stick to the shade throughout the day.
The owners made us REALLY welcome with a welcome bottle or two in the fridge, beautifully made up beds and loads of fluffy towels. Someone was on hand if needed throughout the stay and they had taken lots of email time before we arrived to provide information and directions etc. so the whole holiday was stress-free from start to finish.
The fact the villa overlooks the golf course means that there are fabulous views from the terrace and in the evening the frogs and cicadas provide a peaceful background to the chink of ice in glasses... (you get the picture!)
The Moraira area is wonderful, we ate out alot in very diverse high quality restaurants. We preferred those nearer the villa to those in Moraira itself and would recommend El Pollo Loco, especially for a family of varied tastes and Thaiwan for a lovely Chinese / Japanese meal. Beaches locally offer swimming and we particularly enjoyed the snorkelling opportunities - fantastic seeing octopus clinging to the nooks and crannies in the shallow rock pools!
Days out locally (up to an hour or so drive) The Oceanographique acquarium in Valencia was wonderful and well worth the trip - it stays open late in the evening so you could avoid the heat of the day and go then (we didn't but should have done). Guadalest is beautiful and the mountainous drive up to it is a treat. The children enjoyed Fuente d'Algar though this was busier that we had anticipated; the highlight was jumping into the ice-cold water from the high board...
All in all we would thoroughly recommend the area and specifically La Cascada to anyone looking for a restful stress free holiday with a bit of luxury!

+ Mer informasjon Holly Addison We are a professional, hard-working family, living in England. 'La Cascada' was bought around seven years ago for our personal use and we love it there. With two small children and with work constraints, we are not able to take advantage of 'our little piece of Paradise' as much as we would like to. So we took the decision to rent it out when we are not there and hope that our guests will enjoy it as much as we do.
