The apartment has been furnished to the highest standard and is equipped with solid marble floors, electric shutters, halogen down lighters, power showers and hot/cold ducted air-conditioning.
There is a good-sized master bedroom with marble-finished ensuite and dressing area. The ensuite has a bath and separate hydro-massage shower unit. The second bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Both bathrooms have infrared heat lamps for the winter months and natural light.
The kitchen is furnished with all new appliances and has a laundry terrace opening from it. There is a large living/dining area which opens on to a 30m2 sunny terrace overlooking the golf course and sea. The terrace is equipped for a comfortable al fresco drink taking in the view and there are two sun loungers for those who wish to relax in the sun.
Wi-fi is available in the spa building next to the outdoor swimming pool. There is no wi-fi inside the apartment.
The indoor pool and sauna are closed during the Summer (June - Sept inclusive)
The gymnasium is free for the use of residents.
The apartment is equipped with Spanish satellite TV and Freeview which supplies English channels. Channels available can be checked on the Freeview website.
An additional cleaning charge may be added to Winter bookings or bookings for less than one week.
