The front door opens into a stylish and welcoming home. The décor features a soothingly neutral palette with a splash of colour and furnishings that are contemporary and comfortable. The spaciousness of the home is complemented by a layout that integrates seamlessly with the outdoor. The open plan lounge/dining room flows out onto a furnished covered patio, with pool and garden views.
There are 3 nicely appointed bedrooms with ample wardrobes. The master en-suite bedroom has direct access to the terrace. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with all the mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the utility area.
The award winning resort of El Campanario is a tropical oasis, just off the New Golden Mile, 10-15 minute drive from Puerto Banus. There is an exclusive members clubhouse opposite the resort that has a bar and fine dining restaurant, open to non-members. By paying daily or special weekly rates, guests can access the sports facilities which include: a golf & footgolf course, tennis, paddle tennis, gym, indoor pool, sauna, spa and beauty salon & massage services.
The Diana Park mini shopping centre (with bars, restaurant and supermarket) is a short walk away. The beach is a 25-minute walk away via the pedestrian overpass above the main road.
If you have any special requirements, please let us know as we can arrange almost anything. High chairs, travel cots, stair gates and baby monitors are available for hire and baby sitting services are available. We also have airport transfer servies available and discounted car rental rates.

|Bemerkninger:||A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking the apartment. The rest of the rent is 10 weeks before arrival. The minimum stay in the apartment is 7 days.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal (+2.5% fee) or credit cards (+2.5% fee).
We take a security deposit of €200 in advance and this will be returned on departure after a thorough check of the apartment. We take an electric meter reading on arrival and departure from the apartment. A fair amount is included in the rent, but excessive use will be deducted from the security deposit.
You will be met by one of our representatives who lives near by with keys and shown around the apartment. There will also be a phone number given in case you need assistance during your stay.
Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. For information about extra linen, cots, high chairs or anything else you may require please contact us.
