Casa Borán is the perfect home to enjoy the real España. Nestling in the historic centre of Nerja on the cobbled Calle Animas. A 2 minute stroll brings you to the famous Balcón de Europa, the El Salvador Church & the many coves & beaches Nerja has to offer.
Renovation to our Andalucian home was finished in home enjoys lots of outdoor space with 3 terraces, complimented by the “casita” enabling a little extra independence for friends & family.

From the double front door is the traditonal kitchen Diner equipped with everything you will need. The arabic themed lounge area has patio doors leading to the terrace. From the lounge there is the cool white themed double bedroom. Stairs lead to the newly equipped bathroom complete with tub & the wooden beamed twin bedded blue bedroom complete with doors overlooking the cobbled street . Take the stairs upto the roof terace & enjoy all day sunshine!
This house enjoys a tranquil terrace from the lounge leading to the “casita”. Thought originallyto be stables it has been converted to offer delightful studio accommodation with ensuite shower room. On the roof is a south facing terrace.
Nerja has a population of 20000 & is situated on the eastern stretch of the Costa del Sol. One of the main attractions of Nerja is its coastline. Unlike other parts of the Costa del Sol, the mountains touch the shore, leaving cliffs between the pretty coves and beaches. These mountains protect Nerja from the cold north winds, whilst the Mediteranrean breezes makes for milder temperatures, both in summer and in winter.
The famous Nerja Caves are well worth a visit. This year celebrating 50 years since discovery they were inhabited as far back as the Higher Paleolithc Age, 30 000 years ago. Huge chambers and lovely stalactites and stalagmites abound. One of the enormous natural caverns hosts the internationally famous Festival of Dance and Music, held annually in July attracts 100´s of guests nightly

Nerja has approx. 200 bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes & pockets. Water sports are well catered for as are pursuits such as hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, jeep safaris, enduro motorcycling. The local airfield even offers sight seeing flights. Sierra Nevada offers snow sportswithin a couple of hours. Or you can just sit back & soak up the sun!
