This is a delightful holiday apartment offering ideal accommodation for a family or group of up to four people.

The comfortable accommodation includes a well presented lounge dining room complete with satellite television, a flat screen TV, and DVD player. The master bedroom, which also has an en-suite bathroom, has a large double bed and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom has twin beds and again plenty of wardrobe space. The American style kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, oven, hob and microwave and plenty of storage and work space for those that prefer to cook meals at home rather than eating out. From the lounge you walk out on to the terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and garden area and from which there is a spiral iron staircase up to the roof top solarium - perfect for sunbathing. The master suite has air conditioned and perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

Location: This development is on the outskirts of the Spanish town of Sabanillas which is to the West of Estepona heading in the direction of Gibraltar. Situated in a nice development close to the main coast road the apartment is approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach and local bars and restaurants. Within easy driving distance is the country town of Casares, the Port of Duquesa which is also within walking distance, and Gibraltar and the rest of the Cadiz region. Malaga airport is just under one hours drive and Gibraltar is about thirty minutes. The coastal area is un-spoilt and ideal for lot of beach activities.

Bemerkninger
The Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and large fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is a twin room with large fitted wardrobes. Both are tastefuly and comfortably decorated.
Bathroom Features: The en-suite bathroom has a bath with hand held shower attachment, bidet, toilet and wash basin. The second bathroom has an independent shower, toilet and wash basin. They are both beautifully tiled with marble floors. The beach and Sabanillas town centre are both very easy to walk to.

The master bedroom and lounge are air conditined. The twin bedroom does not have aircon, but there are fans.
