The Apartment
A lovely 2 bedroom apartment with air-conditioning and communal pool in the Pueblo Panorama on Cumbre del Sol. This light and airy apartment is delightfully furnished with a large terrace.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with fitted wardrobes, patio doors to the spacious private terrace with outstanding panoramic sea views.

This room twin bedroom with opportunity of adding a third put-u-up bed or cot (extra charge)

The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and bath with shower.
There is also washing machine, ironing board / iron, brooms etc. are to be found in an adjacent cupboard.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

The spacious open plan lounge/diner has television with BBC and ITV channels, a DVD player and access onto the large balcony. There is one double sofa bed in the lounge so the apartment can sleep up to 6 people.

The spacious private terrace with most spectacular views across the cliffs to the sea. With a South East facing aspect, the balcony receives the sun from sunrise until late afternoon in the summer.
The terrace has sun loungers, a parasol and a dining table and chairs. Ideal for alfresco dining, private sunbathing or admiring the view while reading a book.

This secure area comprises two large infinity swimming pools, one of which has a childrens paddling pool, panoramic views, sunloungers, parasols, showers and a shaded portico, just a short level from the apartment.
Local Area
Cumbre del Sol is located between the popular holiday beach towns of Moraira and Javea. It nestles on the mountainside above the town of Benitachell and has stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. The area has the best climate in Europe and is ideal for visiting all year round.
- Moraira - (only 12 mins drive away)
Moraira is an exclusive hot-spot with marina, designer shops and over 100 international gourmet restaurants. The town also offers safe, sandy beaches, bars and nightclubs, banks, chemists & supermarkets.
Not to be missed is the weekly Friday market, with designer clothes, handicrafts, fresh Mediterranean fruit, vegetables, cheeses and hams
There is also a small night market during the high season that sells jewellery & local leather crafts.
The area offers fantastic water-sports facilities, including snorkeling, jet-skis, scuba diving with the local diving school, and yacht club. There are also numerous tennis and golf clubs in the area.
- Javea - (only 16 mins drive away)
Javea is a bustling, large coastal town, with its famous Arenal Beach - a long, sandy bay surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs. This area really comes alive at midnight - visit the Champagne Bar followed by dancing and cocktails at Achill Club - the in place to be.
The other area to enjoy is the Port/Marina with its traditional local restaurants and architecture.
The old area around the cathedral has a wealth of tapas bars and an indoor Spanish food market.
