Oasis Beach is adjacent to the Morro de Toix nature Reserve and only a short walk from Luis Campomanes Sports Marina.
This luxury third floor apartment has two bedrooms, one facing south and overlooking the sea to the front terrace and the other bedroom with west terrace overlooks the Altea bay area including mountain views with the sun till late evening where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets on the rear terrace. The main bedroom has an ensuite which includes a hydromassage/jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom is a twin bedded room which can be converted to a double bed with a further bathroom.
The apartment has a spacious living dining area which is both comfortably and stylishly furnished which opens out onto the terrace where you can sit, relax and watch the sea and the many boats and divers visiting the area.
There is a communal pool including childrens pool with sunbathing areas directly below the apartment which also looks out to sea and is sunlit all day.
The beach is ten minutes away where the local Chiringuito is located; the marina is a further 5 minutes walk away where there are a good selection of bars and restaurants. The marina also offers scuba diving, sailing, boat hire and fishing.
The apartment is located by a very private bay which can be accessed by the many boats and the energetic, who can enjoy the scuba diving and snorkling

The town of Altea embodies both modern and old Spain. It is one of the most charming places on the Costa Blanca; sheltered by mountains and overlooking the sea, the old town is set on a hill above the waterfront. This picturesque village with its many little streets of immaculate white washed houses is a fascinating place to stroll around, exploring the boutiques and galleries. At the summit is the town square, Plaza de la Iglesia with its magnificent views and the church boasting one of the finest blue domes in the region. Rest here in one of the outdoor cafes, and enjoy tapas and a drink. There are many restaurants, bars and numerous art galleries in the side streets. In summer the streets are pedestrianised and artists & craftsmen display their works. Altea has always attracted writers and artists because of its special ambience. From the old town its a short walk to the sea-front and the newer palm-lined esplanade packed with restaurants serving delicious international cuisines.
Lounge terraces and Grounds
This Luxury spacious third floor apartment has Italian marble flooring, air conditioning, with heat pump system throughout. The spacious lounge and dining is furnished to a high standard.
Full width glass doors from the living area leads to a sun drenched terrace with a dining area for al-fresco meals, a sofa and chairs for relaxing evenings and sun beds. Samsung HD 32" LCD TV with Sony Home Theatre System with Spanish & many other European channels, plus CD & DVD player. WIFI is available.
Lightweight aluminium loungers are provided for use by the pool.
The communal gardens has a good expanse of trees and shrubs and offers good seclusion. You can also walk along the sea front to the relaxing public gardens which is maintained to a very high standard and overlooks the entire bay of Altea as well as the Morro de Toix nature.
There is a communal pool including children’s pool with sunbathing areas directly below the apartment which also looks out to sea and is sunlit all day.

• Master bedroom with stunning sea views, large comfortable double bed, high-quality mattress, fine white, (200 thread count) cotton bed linen, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over. Double doors open onto the terrace with wonderful southerly sea views.
• Bedroom 2, twin beds, comfortable, quality mattresses, built in wardrobes, bedside table, dressing table with mirror & chair, full height glazed door leading out to a private balcony which overlooks the Altea Bay and mountains; as well as having the sun till late evening. The single beds can be converted to a king size double bed, upon request.
• All the beds have fine cotton sheets and duvets (in winter!) and pillows (2 per person).
• The spacious bedrooms have been decorated to a high standard with matching bed heads, covers and furnishings to create a warm luxurious finish for your comfort.
The kitchen has granite worktops, ceramic hob, eye level microwave/grill oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, breakfast table and chairs, leading to a balcony/utility room with sink and washer and clothes airer. Additionally, there are 4 lightweight chairs for use by the pool, pool towels provided.
Each bathroom is lined with Italian marble, the basins are set into marble surfaces, enclosures around the bath and delicious toiletries in each bathroom

In the marina you can see some of the most spectacular yachts as well as enjoy the, restaurants, café, and bars in a relaxed atmosphere. There is also the old town of Altea, which embodies a sumptuous selection of restaurants and bars.

There is always a warm welcome to previous guests and who will be entitled to a discount on the published prices
A deposit of 30% is required on booking. The remaining balance, plus £300.00 refundable security deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is returned 10 days after departure less any deductions for losses.
A welcome pack is included and guests will be met by our local representative who will familiarise you with the apartment and surroundings.
What is provided: All bed linen, towels, beach towels washing up liquid, laundry wash/rinse, dishwasher tablets, as well as fresh milk, bread, butter, tea coffee & sugar. The dry goods include, flour, rice, pasta as well as a welcome pack.
Supplements apply: final clean. Baby’s items are available on request. Payments by bank transfer or Credit card. Please contact the owner for further details.
Apartment will be available from 3.00pm on arrival and to be vacated by 11.00am on departure.
