Villa Amanda is beautifully and stylishly decorated making the most of its privileged position overlooking the town and coastline of Sitges. There are four double bedrooms, one room with bunk beds better for kids. In addition, there is a second hideaway TV lounge on the mezzanine level at the back of the house which converts to a very comfortable double bedroom when required.
All the rooms are spacious and bright with interiors exuding a cool modern Mediterranean atmosphere. All of the furnishings are of a high quality and with top of the range mod cons.

Main Floor
You enter this villa on the main floor where thelarge spacious and airy living/ dining/open plan kitchen area give onto a large terrace with it’s absolutely breath-taking views over Sitges and out to the Mediterranean.
The indoor living area is very comfortable - a perfect relaxing/social/chilling area. The fact that this area gives onto the terrace creates that indoor outdoor feel so much desired by visiting guests. The living room has 42' flat screen TV, DVD and stereo with iPod docking station and connects directly with the dining area.
There is dining table seating for 10 plus breakfast bar with seating for 3. The kitchen is a fully equipped modern kitchen with Dishwasher, double sink, hob, extractor fan, built-in oven, microwave, fridge plus freezer and an additional large fridge freezer for larger groups!
A Utility Press on the Mezzanine level houses a washing machine, ironing board, Iron, separate laundry sink, hoover etc.
