- Magnificent villa for 10 persons with private pool situed in Calpe. The villa is in an urbanization called Los Almendros, close to the sandy beach of Levante, maritime walk, zone of leisure, supermarket and restaurants. Built with tastefully on two independants floors and connected by inside stairs and with a surface of approx. 250 m ². Plot of land totally closed and gardened of approx. 800 m ². Little turfed around the swimming pool. 2 terraces. A first covered then a second discovered with an ample space to realize barbecues then to sunbathe on deckchairs.

Ground floor : Possibility of reaching it by the garage (Recommended for people with mobility problems) and by the main entrance via some steps. Lounge / dining room with Television by Satellite - Astra- (languages : French, English, German and Spanish, DVD, internet connection, 1 air conditioner device giving acces to the covered terrace, quite as the swimming pool and to the garden. Ample independent kitchen totally equiped, with plate Vitro ceramic, fridg-frizer, dishwasher, micro waves, oven, coffee machine and others ustencils for kitchen giving acces to the terrace of the swimming pool. 2 bedrooms with air conditionner device and bathroom in suite with shower, washbasin and toilets in each of them. 1 room where is the washing machine. 1 place of covered garage.

1st floor : acces by inside stairs. 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds, 1 device of air conditionner with exit to the solarium. 1 ample bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 individual bed and with exit to the solarium, offering views to the peñon de Ifach, to the saltlake quite as the swimming pool. 1 air conditioner device, 1 bathroom in suite with Jacuzzi, washbasin and toilets.

Outside : swimming pool among which dimensions (8x4 m) with Roman stairs. Outside shower. Portable BBQ. 1 parking space inside the ground for 1 car.

A short distance will allow you to the sandy beach of Levante, maritime walk and restaurants (0,9 km) quite as the supermarket (Mercadona 300 m) and to the city of Calpe (1,8 km)

Pets are allowed for 30 € the stay. Possibility of accommodating an additional person with beforehand 90 € for the stay.

initial cleaning, water consumption, electricity (at those properties without air conditioning), butane gas, linen (sheets and shower towels), dishcloths, garden maintenance, swimming pool and corresponding VAT.

The price of the stay does not include any travel insurance, not theft or accident insurance not liability insurance for actions caused by the client to other persons or things, so that ALQUILERES OLTASUCH S.L is not legally liable for any incidents that may happen inside or outside the rented holiday home.


The prices do not include:


Final cleaning (the amount will be stated on the web form)
Electricity consumption (only applicable at those properties with 1 or more air conditioning splits, the amount will be stated on the web form)


Having filled in the booking form via our website, the chosen property will be provisionally reserved for a period of 3 days. Over the course of those 3 days, you will be required to confirm your booking by completing payment. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled. In the case of last-minute bookings, you will only have 1 day to confirm the booking or it will be automatically cancelled.

Payment process:

First payment: 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation by transfer or by credit card.
Second payment: 60% when the client receives the keys, in cash or by credit card.
BOOKING CANCELLATION

The terms and conditions on cancellation expenses come into effect from the moment this booking contract is formalised.


• 0% costs if the client cancels the booking 42 days or more before the arrival date.
• 40% of the whole booking amount if the client cancels between 41 and 8 days before the arrival in the holiday home.
• 100% of the booking amount, in the case that the client cancels the reservation 7 days before the arrival into the property.
