The villa is located in a quiet residential area with lots of privacy and Ivan 1.5 km to the beach and the charming town of Moraira. The villa has a private garden with palm trees and a beautiful panoramic view over the valley and the mountains of Moraira and is situated in a beautiful area. Within walking distance there are terraces, restaurants, bars, shops, newsagent, supermarket, bakery, etc.
The spacious and cozy living room with a (gas) fireplace to increase the atmosphere, radio, CD, DVD and satellite TV with ao the Dutch channels. The villa has central heating in all rooms for a comfortable stay.
A spacious modern kitchen which a gas cooker with wok burner, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher are not lacking. For lovers there is also a barbecue. Our Dutch manager (multilingual) ensures that the house is in tip-top looks when you arrive. He also takes care of the final cleaning of the house.
From the living room through French doors onto a large covered terrace with a large table and comfortable chairs where you have a beautiful panoramic view and also of life in and around the pool to enjoy.
Our villa has a "master" bedroom with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 single beds, spacious wardrobes and adjacent to the bedroom, bathroom with bath, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom 2 en 3 are also equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, 2 single beds and spacious wardrobes. All windows are seeing shutters and mosquito nets. The bathroom has a large shower with lockable glass door, toilet and vanity.
The spacious kitchen which a gas cooker with cooker, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and microwave not lacking. For lovers there is also a barbecue.
The swimming pool (8x4) has an enclosed wide staircase for easy access for both young and old. The pool is also equipped with lights and the terraces making the evening a cozy atmosphere. The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and spacious sun terraces with sunbeds. There is also directly adjacent to the pool half covered terrace with table and comfortable chairs. So, if you wish, you can sit out of the sun and yet direct contact with the pool. Once or twice a week the pool man cleaning the pool and check. Of course not lacking the extra outdoor shower.
Downstairs is a large garage where the washing machine, extra fridge and a personal safe are. Outside the garage there is ample parking in the fenced area.
Our Dutch manager (multilingual) receives and explains the operation of the house. He ensures that the house is in tip-top looks when you arrive. He also takes care of the final cleaning of the house.
