Villa with private pool, only a few meters from the beach, situated in Moraira, for 6 people. This villa is situated in a very exclusive living area, only 700 m from the sandbeach, the supermarkets, restaurants and the town centre Moraira. It’s an ideal villa for families who don’t want to use the car to go to the beach and who wants to enjoy the nice garden with lawn. This holiday home has a living space of approx. 100 m² and an enclosed plot with garden of approx. 800 m².
Ground floor: utilityroom with washing machine, bathroom with shower, washbasin and wc.
Main floor: (access by external staircase) living-dining room with sat-tv/tdt, and with access to the covered terrace and the pool. Separate kitchen, completely equipped with gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, oven, coffee machine and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 large bedroom with double bed, tv (only Spanish channels) and bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin en suite.
External: enclosed plot with pool of 8x4m with built-in stairs and external shower. The lawn invites to take a sunbath. You can enjoy the barbecue and cook outside, there is a gas cooker and a sink. Behind the house there is a garden with trees. Parking for 2 cars, one of them is covered.
Only 700 m from the villa there is a sand beach with the quality award blue flag, beach Ampolla, and there are also close some small stone coves. Restaurant 0,3 km. Moraira centre and promenade 700 m.
Extras:
Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30€/stay. It’s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost: 90€ per stay.

initial cleaning, water consumption, electricity (at those properties without air conditioning), butane gas, linen (sheets and shower towels), dishcloths, garden maintenance, swimming pool and corresponding VAT.

The price of the stay does not include any travel insurance, not theft or accident insurance not liability insurance for actions caused by the client to other persons or things, so that ALQUILERES OLTASUCH S.L is not legally liable for any incidents that may happen inside or outside the rented holiday home.


The prices do not include:


Final cleaning (the amount will be stated on the web form)
Electricity consumption (only applicable at those properties with 1 or more air conditioning splits, the amount will be stated on the web form)


Having filled in the booking form via our website, the chosen property will be provisionally reserved for a period of 3 days. Over the course of those 3 days, you will be required to confirm your booking by completing payment. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled. In the case of last-minute bookings, you will only have 1 day to confirm the booking or it will be automatically cancelled.

Payment process:

First payment: 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation by transfer or by credit card.
Second payment: 60% when the client receives the keys, in cash or by credit card.
BOOKING CANCELLATION

The terms and conditions on cancellation expenses come into effect from the moment this booking contract is formalised.


• 0% costs if the client cancels the booking 42 days or more before the arrival date.
• 40% of the whole booking amount if the client cancels between 41 and 8 days before the arrival in the holiday home.
• 100% of the booking amount, in the case that the client cancels the reservation 7 days before the arrival into the property.
