This lovely air-conditioned apartment within Reserva del Higueron Comlex is on the first floor. Close to Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas, Fuengirola and Marbella is the ideal place to relax in the spanish sun that shines about 330 Days each year.

From the terrace you have got a breathtaking view of the mountains. Even the sea can be seen from the terrace.

You can also enjoy the green areas, two open swimming pools and an artificial lake surrounded by a mediterranean garden. The use of the swimming pools are free of charge.

Only about 20 Meters from the apartment is a luxury sport Club with indoor Pool, open swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, sauna, Turkish bath, massage, restaurant, fitness center, Tennis- and Paddle courts, snack bar with free Internet, children`s area, Beauty clinic, Health and Wellness facilities and much more.

There are many golf courses near by. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only around 25 Minutes by car.

we had a very good time in your appartment, but now working again in Belgium.
We enjoyed our stay. it is a beautifull appartment. We were very happy with the washing machine etc.

We enjoyed the environment: beach, beautifull towns like Cordoba, Granada, Ronda, Malaga, Mijas, Marbella.

My children and I stayed in the appartment in June 2010, and it was a very good and nicely decorated appartment with a big veranda, and a very beautiful environment. The pool area is very good, also for small children and very clean. I can say that as a single mom travelling with kids, I felt safe because of the security on the premises.
