Welcome to Jacaranda.which is situated 5 mins from the village of Coin as you enter the gates of the finca from the road you will drive inside the finca up to the second level
Then you will enter the electronice gates leading to the villa the drive has lush green gardens with palms,jacaranda trees and all kinds of tropical plants and flowers,
The villa was built 6 years ago and has large wooden beams throughout the house giving it a wonderful character . Bedroom 1 has a double bed with side cupboards,dressing table and large fitted wardrobes which has a wall safe and french doors to patio, the kitchen is fully fitted with wooden units and cupboards , electric hob and oven,f/freezer,dishwasher,washing machine and a superb marble work surface.
The bathroom has a shower and hand basin with fitted cupboards and is fully tiled with beamed ceiling.
There is large terrace to the front of the house and a large terrace to the side with fantastic views over the countryside this terrace has a large wicker sofa so you can chill out after a swim .from there you can reach the wi lawn and large brick built BBQ which is next to the pool which is fully fitted with f/freezer microwave,kettle and large table and chair.s to the side of
the BBQ is a shower and wc. the pool is a large walk in SALT pool with no steps which is fantastic for small children
everything is provided for your comfort, sun beds , toys for children also swings , large tennis table for all the family to enjoy also a dart board and darts, also have 2 cots with new bedlinen if needed and a high chair
There is a TV and DVD for kids to watch, also another one in house
a mobile phone is in the house its pay as you go so you can contact the caretakers should you need anything.Internet is available on request. and in the house is a supply of DVD,s lots of books and games for the children.
There is a large supply of pool towels and you may use these for the beach if you like.

has magnificent views and now has large luxury sofa,s and there is a music center with cd,s a superb chill out area, also have a children,s pine table with 4 stools on terrace
.there is hot water in the BBQ and cupboards with china and utensils so you do not need to take from the house
also a
large fridge/freezer,electric kettle and microwave.
