Impressive luxury villa for 8 people with private pool in Calpe. This villa is situated in the quiet living area Garduix, only a few minuts to the town centre Calpe and the beaches. This villa has a large terrace with large pool and jacuzzi, a barbecue area and a covered terrace with sofas for the summer. The plot has 1.200 m² with a small garden, the living area of the house is 300 m² arranged on 2 floors.
Main floor: (access by staircase), large living-dining room with sat-tv/tdt and with acess to the covered terrace and the pool. 1 guest-toilet with wc and washbasin. Large independent kitchen, completely equipped with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 utilityroom with washing machine and access to the terrace behind the house.
Upper floor: (access by staircase inside). 1 large bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace with views to the sea, air conditioner, and bathroom with bath (jacuzzi), shower and hamam in suite. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace with views to the sea. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace.

Only 1,8 km to the sandbeach Arenal-Bol with promenade, 1,3 km to the town centre Calpe and to the next supermarket (Mercadona).
Extras:
Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost: 30 € per stay. It’s possible to accommodate 2 more people, additional cost: 90€ per person and stay.

The prices include:

initial cleaning, water consumption, electricity (at those properties without air conditioning), butane gas, linen (sheets and shower towels), dishcloths, garden maintenance, swimming pool and corresponding VAT.

The price of the stay does not include any travel insurance, not theft or accident insurance not liability insurance for actions caused by the client to other persons or things, so that ALQUILERES OLTASUCH S.L is not legally liable for any incidents that may happen inside or outside the rented holiday home.


The prices do not include:


Final cleaning (the amount will be stated on the web form)
Electricity consumption (only applicable at those properties with 1 or more air conditioning splits, the amount will be stated on the web form)


Having filled in the booking form via our website, the chosen property will be provisionally reserved for a period of 3 days. Over the course of those 3 days, you will be required to confirm your booking by completing payment. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically cancelled. In the case of last-minute bookings, you will only have 1 day to confirm the booking or it will be automatically cancelled.

Payment process:

First payment: 40% of the total amount to confirm the reservation by transfer or by credit card.
Second payment: 60% when the client receives the keys, in cash or by credit card.
BOOKING CANCELLATION

The terms and conditions on cancellation expenses come into effect from the moment this booking contract is formalised.


• 0% costs if the client cancels the booking 42 days or more before the arrival date.
• 40% of the whole booking amount if the client cancels between 41 and 8 days before the arrival in the holiday home.
• 100% of the booking amount, in the case that the client cancels the reservation 7 days before the arrival into the property.
