BEDROOMS
Large master bedroom with kingsize bed, walk in wardrobe area and ensuite bathroom, with walk in shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has both ceiling fan and hot/cold air conditioning, and heating in the bathroom. There is space to erect a cot if required.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside drawers and wardrobe, fitted with both ceiling fan and hot/cold air conditioning.
The third bedroom has adult size bunk beds and a single bed, bedside cabinet and large wardrobe. It is fitted with hot/cold air conditioning and floor standing fan.
POOL SIDE
The balcony overlooks the pool and terrace area which has table and chairs and 7 sunloungers for your relaxation. There is also a BBQ for your use. The stairs to the solarium lead from the balcony and a child safety gate is available if needed. The balcony can also be gated, if you wish access to the pool to be restricted.
The solarium and terraces are in the sun all year round.
PARKING
There is private parking at the side of the villa.
OUT AND ABOUT
The local spanish village boasts many bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. There are two municipal pools, which are used by both local spanish and visitors. The village is situated beside a natural park making the views of the surrounding countryside extremely scenic. The beaches are only a 10 minute drive and being set on the Mar Menor (Little Sea) you could chose a different beach every day, where the water is both warm and calm.
Golf lovers are spoilt for choice with numerous couses only 20 minutes away, the nearest course "Lo Romero" is only 8kms.
