A beautiful, fully air conditioned villa with superb views over the hills of villa is in an ideal situation being close to the old fishing village of Moraira and with beaches, supermarket/shops, golf, bars and restaurants nearby. The spacious villa has been totally refurbished with new kitchen and bathrooms and is furnished to a high standard sleeping 10 people (plus cots) comfortably. There are five bedrooms (all with aircon), two doubles, one with en-suite bathroom and one with en-suite shower room, also three twin bedrooms plus family bathroom with shower facilities and a separate shower room and separate wc downstairs. The large kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer fan assisted oven. This extremely well equipped villa benefits from central heating for winter lets. Long lets welcome price negotiable.
The house is on a very large plot in one of the most prestigious areas of Moraira and with a well stocked, mature garden including orange, lemon and palm trees. There is ample terracing around the large private pool and BBQ area.

For winter bookings, a £45 per week heating supplement will apply. The winter bookings are between the beginning of November and the end of March. This heating supplement does not apply to Christmas/New Year bookings.
