Newly built house with private pool 200 meters from the beach Els Penjals els.Internet Wi-Fi. Maximum 7 people.(4 adults ,3 kids up to 17 years old ). I'm sorry groups of joung people are not allowed )
The nearest supermarket (Miquelangelo, Dr Flemimg Square) is only 50 mtrs and supermarket Bon Preu 200 meters).
There are several restaurants within a radius of 100, 200 and 300 meters (Pizzeria Marco, Restaurant Chef Lorenzo, Pizza Pinky , bar / house meals Cobra)
It has three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with bunk nest with three single beds. Bathroom with bath, toilet and kitchen. Cot available upon request.
No groups of youths are allowed.

1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Rentals are per full weeks with check in and out on Saturdays. Some exceptions may be considered in low season and last minute bookings . In this case, the prices may vary from those stipulated by week.
Once the client confirms his desire to make the reservation, we send by email a booking form with dates of chalet and our data banking .
Reservations should be finalised by down payment of 40% (*) of rent’s price (with a minimum of 100 € ) by banc transfer- bank charges paid by the customer-or crèdit card-2% commission on the amount- and a signed booking form should be send by email, fax or post At your arrrival you will pay the remaining 60% at the day , tourist taxes and any additional services required.
Check in and out hours.
Chek in - hours are 16 to 19. Departure times will be from 8 to 10 am in high season and to 11 in low season. Some exceptions will be posible under availability and previous warning. In any case, check in made after 11 pm and departures made before 8 am at morning will have an extra charge of 40 € . on the day of arrival we will arrange with you he exact time of departure. One of us will come to the property to inspect it, carry out an inventory check, collect the keys and return the deposit.
once reservation have been confirmed, the customer will received an email with directions to find the chalet easily without problems.
Upon arrival at the chalet the client will notify us to our mobile phones. One of us witnessing at a few minutes to perform the handover and payment of the balance.
The law requires all guests occupying a housing, are properly recorded, this requires us to identify each and every one of the occupants of each property (including children). National identity card (DNI /NIF /NIE... ) or Passport .
Please bring enough cash to make the payment, because in Saturday sometimes it’s difficult to get enough money from ATMs. In any case the chalet keys will be delivered without having paid the pending amounts.
Tourist taxes :
shall be collected in cash on arrival. the amount is 0.45 cts ( plus VAT, if applicable) per night per adult. ( Children under 17 years are exempt from this tax . ) The rate charged for a maximum of 7 nights although the upper stay .
Cancellations and travel insurance
The reservation amount ensures the book both the tenant and the owner . In case of cancellation of booking by the client , whatever the reason , this amount will be returned only if the owner find new tenants for the same period and the same booking conditions , and only once the owner 's received the earnest for this new book .
If a last minute booking force us to lower the price of the security deposit to be less than the return delivered. If not find new tenants, the deposit will not be returned . We recommend you to contract a cancellation insurance . ( soon we will able to offer you this service )
2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES.
Cot and baby chair .
One foldable travel baby cot and one high chair will be supplied free of charge upon request.
Additional cots will be suplie at €10.00 per stay and additional high chairs at € 5 per stay All these items are subject to availability.
This accommodation have free wifi.
Linen & towels.
Will be provided upon request at price of 8 € per person /change(depending on the season: sheets and pillowcases and bedspreads or duvets ) and towels (Please, bring your own beach towels ).
Cleaning service on departure.
Clean out has an additional cost of 60 €.This service does not include cleaning of the kitchen and its equipment, all furniture should be placed in original location, the cot should be folded and the toys well-ordered in closet . Clients can make this cleaning by themselves but we require that the cleaning will done thoroughly, as it was on arrival, as all our customers have the same right to find the house in the same clean condition. ( We deliver brochure with instructions for properly cleaning )
One-off 20 € pet fee . ( previous request )
You should bring a basket for your pet .
Please , make sure they will not lie down on couches or beds (may be charged extra if extra cleaning is required to remove faeces from gardens etc.) These extra cleaning costs will be deducted from the Security Deposit.)
If Guests bring a pet without written consent, the Security Deposit will be forfeited in full. Under no circumstances your pets shall left alone inside the housings.
Number of guests
Apart from a reasonable number of day Visitors (as requested by the Guests and approved in advance by us ) on any particular day during the Occupation Period, the number of people occupying the Property must not exceed the number stipulated in the Booking Details.( 4 adults plus 3 kids max )
Any breach will allow us to terminate this agreement immediately and will result in the forfeit of the Security Deposit and immediate eviction from the Property.
Under these circumstances no refund will be given. Guests are responsible, and liable, for the actions of their Visitors during the period of their stay in the Property.
Groups of young people.
Sorry, but groups of young people are not allowed in this propertie.
The Security Deposit (300 €) will be paid in cash on arrival and covers any damages to the property or furnishings, repairs, breakages, additional cleaning , repositioning moved furniture, excess garbage costs, lost keys and garatge remote, late departure or noise complaints from the property as a consequence of the actions of the Guests or their Visitors.
It may also be applied towards the replacement of breakages or other loss or damage to fittings or furniture during the period of occupancy and towards any other losses sustained by the Owner as a direct or indirect consequence of the actions of the Guests or their Visitors whether as a consequence of a breach of the provision of this agreement or not. In the event that the costs of repairs or other losses exceed the amount of the Security Deposit, the Guests will indemnify the Owner for any such losses and will pay same on demand. Guests locked out of premises outside working hours or who require us to deliver keys to them during working hours will be required to pay an 10 € fee and 30 € fee out of working hours. If a locksmith is required, the Guest will be responsible for the payment of the locksmith's account.
Should you discover a fault or breakage when you first arrive, please advise us immediately or we will consider the fault/damage to have occurred during your stay and charge accordingly.
Furniture and equipment.
No furniture, bedding, furnishings, appliances or electronic devices may be removed from the Property or moved to a new location in the Property. If this occurs, charges to move furniture back to its original position will be incurred
Due to the different backgrounds of our tenants the antenna is oriented so that you can envision to satisfy most of our customers.Manipulation of antenna directly by clients it's not alloweb. If you wish a diferent orientation, please, require us for a technician. with a direct payment of 20 € the technical will orient the atenna according tot he required language or country.
For the confort of future clients, we kindly ask you to smoke only at balcony of garden
Pool and water safety
young childs they must be supervised by an adult at all times. We will not be held responsible for any incidents that may arise.
Personal property of guests
Security of the Property during the Occupation Period is entirely the responsibility of the Guests. We are in any way responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property owned by the Guests or Visitors during the Occupation Period.
The breakdown of any electrical or other device during the Occupation Period should be reported to us as soon as possible and reasonable attempts will be made where practical to repair the item in question. We accept no liability or responsibility for any inconvenience due to the breakdown of any appliance or device supplied in conjunction with the rental of the Property during the Occupation Period. All repairs will be made as soon as possible. On public holidays and after hours it may be difficult to get tradespeople immediately. We will do everything we can to minimise any inconvenience but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts. We cannot be held responsible for failure or interruption to power or services to the Property for reasons beyond our control.
