This lovely villa is to a high standard throughout with marble and granite throughout. In the main area of the villa you will find a Hot/Cold Air conditioning unit, dining area with table and 6 chairs, sideboard,  TV and Hi Fi system, the lounge area is equipped with 2 settees, wall unit and patio doors leading out to sun terrace.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with with all mod cons inc. fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, micro- wave etc. The 2nd bathroom downstairs has a shower, WC and wash hand basin.

The stair case then takes you to the master bedroom with Hot/Cold Air conditioning, double bed, bedside cabinets and a built-in wardrobe and patio door leading out to the sun terrace which has stunning views of the plains and mountain. Front porch with table and 4 chairs.

The 2nd Hot/Cold Air conditioning bedroom is equipped with, two single beds, bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobe.
3rd bedroom is equipped with two single beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and patio door leading out to sun terrace, the main bathroom is here also
There is a sun terrace at the front with table and chairs. and 6 x 3 -metre kidney shaped swimming pool sun loungers, table and chairs and B.B.Q.
Room for off road parking.
2 sets of Golf clubs are also provided in the villa for your use. (Please confirm upon booking)

La Marina is a large urbanization on the south Costa Blanca which is getting bigger by the year. There are plenty of things going on which cater for everybody from kiddies parks & crazy golf to snooker club & bowling green or the on site scuba diving club.

Or you can take a tour which include days out quad biking, water skiing & lunch or nice a nice relaxing day out on tabarca island.
We are also less than an hour away from Benidorm which has a bustling night life & excellent days out in either of the themed parks, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura & Aqualandia / Mundomar

The transfer from Alicante airport is included in the price if needed.
but please note that transfers from Murcia airport do have an additional charge of 20 euros.

Car hire can also be arranged for you to collect at the airport or from the office on the urbanisation

There are no set times or days for your arrival or out of hours extra fee.

The refundable damage deposit & the reservation fee act as one & is to the amount of 200 GBP or 225 EUROS & the villa balance to be paid on arrival
