This newly restored holiday apartment is located beside Plaza Uncibay on Calle Granados on 1st floor. This is the most central apartment that we can offer and you will find bars, discos and small restaurants just outside the door. The apartment is in perfect conditions and contains room for 4 persons. It contains a big lovely lounge with TV, sofa and dining area for 6 persons, a fully fitted kitchen with access to a small patio, a bedroom with a bunk bed and build-in closet, another bedroom with double bed and build-in closet and a bathroom with shower and a bathtub. We can highly recommend this apartment if you want to be close to the nightlife of Malaga.

The city is beautiful and here you have the possibility to discover Magic Malaga. Because of the clime you will find a city thats always full of life. Here you find the real Spain and we can recommend you to enjoy you dinner in one of many restaurants - try the delicious tapas, the locale vine and live the spanish way.

The city has many attractions and when you are here you shall see the amazing cathedral - it is called the onearmed because the second tower never has been finished. Or see the two castles Alcazaba and Gibralfaro - there you have a fantastic wiew to the city and the bullfighting arena.

We can also recommend you to enjoy the Easter and see the big processions all over the historic centre - this is a unique opportunity to see how the Spanish people celebrate easter. Or enjoy the Feria in August - this is a tradition and a must - see people dancing the flamenco and enjoy an amazing week with the friendly spanish people. This apartment has everything you need - you can enjoy the beach life and in the same time a nice city break.

Prices are for 2 persons - extra person is 10 € per day.

20% of rental fee two days after the reservation to secure booking.

200,00 euros deposit paid by arrival date - the deposit will be paid back on departure date as long as you leave the rental in same conditions as received. Any damages will be paid taken from the deposit.
