Apartment had everything we needed and was spacious and whilst the decor was a little tired it was adequately clean. Great location with smart bars and restaurants nearby and plenty to visit in the surrounding area.

Our family returned to Andalucia Del Mar for another summer holiday in Puerto Banus. The hosts, Angela and Niall are exceptional in first class service from initial reservation to check-out. Their attention to detail, and ensuring we were equipped with all essential information truly made our holiday relaxing. Our apartment in Andalucia Del Mar is perfectly appointed with lovely decor and every amenity needed for a family of four. The architecture of the property and the pristine gardens with views of the Mediterranean is breath taking. We literally, walked five minutes to a selected beach club and minutes to Puerto Banus attractions and entertainment venues. The property has a private and secure car park which was welcomed as we rented a car for day trips along Costa Del Sol. The property entrance is guarded and provides a private oasis amongst the bustle of Puerto Banus. Both Angela and Niall are gracious hosts who have lovely properties reflecting the beauty of Marbella. We are already looking forward to a third visit in Puerto Banus and another lovely holiday at Andalucia Del Mar. Thank you, Angela and Niall!

This apartment was perfect for us, spacious and very comfortable for our long winter break! We loved the tranquility, the lovely view, the location was also ideal, we did not even rent a car, everything is in walking distance. Angela and Niall were attentive, professional hosts! We booked again for next year and already looking forward to our stay.

Owners were very easy and efficient to deal with. Depending on what type of holiday you want then a car is optional. We went on several day trips so we hired one and you also have guaranteed parking at the apartment which is essential in this area. The apartment itself and complex are very well appointed. Good facilities, excellent size, great location in that it is about a 5 minute walk to the marina/restaurants/shops. The only issue I have is that the balcony (in July anyway) wasn't exactly bathed in sunshine. Personally I like a bit of evening sun and a nice view. However, the balcony does overlook very well attended gardens which compensated somewhat for the lack of direct sun in the evening. The pool area was equally well maintained. Busy without being overbearing. All in all, a super apartment.

Puerto Banus represent the best that Spain can offer for such beach side holidays with everything available within few minutes walking distance from the apartment in a secured gated private community. - There are 3 balconies in this apartment. The Sun shines on balconies from Sunrise to Sunset,all the year round with sea view as shown on our adverts. We hope to see our guests back soon.
