Beautiful location and the views are amazing. The house has everything you could need. But note there are no pool towels. Upstairs there is a twin room and a double room, large bathroom and sitting room kitchen and utilities room with washing machine.the third bedroom is reached from the outside twin room with en suite. Very warm welcome from the charming owners and departure. You do need a car for this house. Local village is beautiful and has a few bars. We discovered El Rio Grande on the main road to Coin, great food and so cheap.Blissful rural retreat....with great WiFi....not sure if that is a blessing or not.would I go back yes I would. We had a super two week holiday there.

Had a marvellous week in this wonderful villa. Maria and Pepe were fantastic and ready to answer any queries. The pool is amazing as are the views from the villa. This area is off the beaten track enough to provide a peaceful holiday. The town is traditional and the locals are very friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this villa. Private and secluded but only a few mins drive from town which has a big supermarket . Already planning a return visit for next year.

Myself, husband, daughter, son in law, son and 4 yr old grandson) have just returned from a fab fortnight in this beautiful house. Stunning location, very comfortable home and fantastic swimming pool. Maria and Pepe were great hosts, there if we needed them (which we did a couple of times) but not intrusive at all, just lovely people. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. There was everything you could want and more, plenty of crockery,utensils etc. Aircon was a bonus as temps got upto 40c!! We spent most days around the fab pool. The views from the terrace were stunning, ever changing mountain scenery and the village. We ate in the village a couple of nights (bar Las olivos on Maria's recommendation was great, lovely tapas and beer, went down a treat with all the family and was great value for money too). Its a 25min drive to Coin for a change of scene and some lovely restaurants (Indian, Chinese and tapas). Also there's a big Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona in Coin. Its about 45mins drive to Alhaurin el Grande, which is a nice town to visit to shop and eat. Its an hours drive to Mijas peublo, another beautiful place to visit for a day trip. All in all we had a fantastic holiday, and Casa Los Pinos de Mulera is certainly the best villa we have stayed in (and we've stayed in 6 or 7 in this area). The only small problem for me (& this is quite an individual thing) I found the mattresses on the beds extremely hard, so would've slept better with a softer mattress (or a mattress topper). That said we will definitely return to this home-from-home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone. Once again thank you Maria and Pepe (and google translate on your phone was invaluable hahaha).

This was our first holiday in Spain and what a wonderful place to stay. Maria and Pepe couldn't have been more welcoming and the villa was beautiful. Everything you could want and more was provided. The only problem was the terrace and the view. Once we sat there, it was impossible to tear ourselves away. Thank you Maria and Pepe.
