A fantastic villa, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the pool. Les Merravelles has excellent public transport connections to and from the airport, Palma and from Palma to the rest of the Island. It was an idyllic 2 week stay. Jorge was always available to discuss issues (but there were none) and the Agent's representative met us despite our very late arrival (02:00). I can only give this 5 stars for everything, but would like to have given more!! For a Brit, the only comment is that its in an area where the majority of holiday-makers are German, but, then again, I was able to practice my German (a bonus)!

A very nice house with super relaxing areas and we spent most of our time on the premise! The house is like an oasis in the middle of a very busy partying area. We had a very nice holiday in Jorge's house, and would love to come back. One thing to mention: We were 4 couples and expected from the description 4 bedrooms (sleeps 4x2) but one bedroom is very small with only a single bed (or two children), and another bedroom has 3 beds, and therefore we had some "logistic" issues.

We rent villas for our family regularly. This is by far the best property we have rented The facilities were outstanding and suited our family of 3 adults and 3 children. No car required and within walking distance of shops restaurants and beach’s The area is tailored for Germans very little English is spoken restaurants etc all have a very german influence so maybe brush up on German/ Spanish. Good bus service available for visiting Palma etc. The villa is very sheltered and has lots of both inside and outside space. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped too.

We went with 8 persons (our own family with 2 friends of our teenagers) to this villa for 14 days and had a great vacation. The private pool was fantastic and really big, the house really comfortable and the service great (almost every morning (very early) the garden and the pool were cleaned by Hector, who lives nearby the house. Also the owner is really nice and offers great service. Our children (7 yrs, 13 yrs, 17 yrs and 19 yrs) had the best vacation ever. Our 2 teenagers brought a friend, and they really liked it because the villa is situated right in the center of Palma.
