Die Wohnung war für unsere Zwecke ideal: aufgrund ihrer Lage konnten sowohl in 15 Minuten per U-Bahn in die Stadt fahren, als auch in 15 Minuten an den Strand spazieren. Auf diese Weise konnten wir sightseeing und Erholung sehr gut kombinieren. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Als besonders positiv haben wir empfunden, dass in der Küche alle Standard-Zutaten zum Kochen bereits vorhanden waren. Sympathisch war auch, dass bei unserer Ankunft frisches Obst und Getränke bereitstanden.

Prima appartement en geweldige ligging in de stad. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om naar het strand te gaan (metro en bus stoppen op de hoek) en ook een bezoek aan de Ciudad de las Artes is vanaf hier goed te doen. Genoeg supermarkten en winkels in de omgeving. Het appartement koelt niet echt af 's avonds en dat betekent op dagen dat het 35 graden is dat het nog lang warm blijft. Onze tip: vervang de radiatoren die in elke kamer staan door een monoblock airco per ruimte. Erg compleet uitgerust appartement, je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken en het is aanwezig.

Leuk appartement, schoon en leuk ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Het enige wat we gemist hebben was airco, het was erg warm binnen. De communicatie vooraf en tijdens het verblijf waren prima. De ligging is perfect; op loopafstand van strand en CAC. Centrum is makkelijk te bereiken met de metro. Perfecte combinatie van strand- en cultuurvakantie!

Heerlijk appartement, goede bedden en compleet uitgerust. Zeer goede host, komt afspraken goed na. Is tijdens verblijf goed bereikbaar. Besef alleen dat er geen lift is. Afstand tot metro 200 meter, strand en Turia 1200 meter. Metro is ideaal om snel in het oude centrum en de airport te komen.
