A spacious, very well equipped apartment. If travelling by car it has a very secure car park. It is situated in a very nice and convenient area. Would definitely recommend it.

The property is ideally situated, close to the "City of Arts and Sciences", to the beautiful green area of "Jardin d'El Turia". Public transportation to downtown Valencia or to the beach is right at the door. The owners are very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant to deal with, and with 2 Supermarkets, 2 Commercial Centers and plenty of restaurants just accross the street, life cannot be much easier!

Great apartment in a nice complex.It felt very secure and everyone very friendly there. Easy bus service to get into town or beach although we liked walking through the park. The flat had enough equipment for self catering for the 5 of us and we were all comfortable in the 3 bedrooms. Bars and restaurants around as well as supermarkets and lovely baker's.People around at night but no disturbance at all.

Fijn, schoon en royaal appartement. Gunstige ligging met busverbinding in de buurt naar strand en oude stad.
