Notes

The keys will be given to you at the Palmerasol agency at 39 Avenida de la Purisima, in Torrevieja 03182 (alicante) with your reservation and passports for each adult.

Reception hours of the PALMERASOL Agency for entrances and exits :
from 10:00 to 14:00 from Monday to Saturday
and from 16:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday.
Free luggage service for late arrivals and/or departures.

Please note: The house you are booking belongs to a private owner who uses it for his family holidays. This house is therefore not inhabited all year round. Exceptionally, it is possible that you may not find all the comfort (cleanliness or equipment) you expect on arrival. If this is the case or if you have any special needs, the Palmerasol agency is at your disposal to help you improve your stay (loan, purchase, rental, information or advice). Also, the warm Mediterranean climate sometimes invites a few insects into the houses. The buildings are regularly treated for this. Also, the occasional presence of dead insects on the ground is not a cleaning defect but the consequence of these hygiene treatments.
