Only a stone's throw from the sea, this apartment is on the ground floor of a modern apartment complex in the popular resort of Conil de la Frontera.
Consisting of a spacious living-dining area with integrated, very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and sea view, one with 2 single beds and an armchair bed) and a bathroom it offers space for up to 5 holidaymakers.
There is also Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning.
The highlight is the furnished balcony with a view of the beach and the sea, where you can spend relaxing evenings with delicious food and a glass of wine.
Thanks to its excellent location, numerous shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
The 3 km long sandy beach stretches directly in front of the house.
Free parking is available in the area.
Pets are allowed.
