Villa with incredible sea views and pool, sleeps up to 7 people.
Some of the best sea views in Mallorca are from this villa, in the La Mola area of Port d'Andratx.
The house is 150 m2 and is on three levels.
On the main level, there is a lounge/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sea, and connected to the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook with. Here you will also find a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
On the lower level, you will find the second lounge with doors to the terrace and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; the bedroom doors also open onto the terrace.
From this lounge area, you can access the fourth bedroom/library with a single bed. The master bedroom is on the upper level with an en-suite bathroom.
This bedroom opens onto an amazing terrace with open views to the bay in one direction, the port and mountains to the other side.
There are chill-out sofas and chairs to relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the beautiful view. Outside are various terraces with sun loungers and a dining table.
Enjoy the 25 m2 private pool and an outside shower perfect for cooling off from the hot sun. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room.
WIFI is available throughout the villa.
There is a portable gas BBQ, a safe, an alarm system and for the winter, diesel central heating. Please make sure to read the “General information” section before booking, as important information regarding check-in times and late arrival fees applies to this property. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 70 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35€/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave.
The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. This house has heating by diesel, paid on the metre rate, that's 1€ per litre not included in the booking price that has to be paid on the check out day. All garbage must be removed from the house before you leave on the check out day, or there will be a 50€ extra charge. There is a safe in the property, also there is an alarm system. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Youth groups are not allowed. Hooligans are not allowed. This property is not adapted for disabled guests. *IMPORTANT: Check-ins after 21:00 are only possible upon prior authorization.
Approved late check-ins between 21:00 and 23:00 will incur an additional fee equivalent to 50% of one night’s rate.
Please note that arrivals after 23:00 are not permitted under any circumstances.
