The beautiful "Villa Era 2" is located in the El Roque residential area near El Cotillo, Fuerteventura, and impresses guests with its spacious shared outdoor area and modern décor.
It features a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a queen-size bed), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, TV in all rooms, a cot, a child’s bed, and a high chair.
A highlight of the property is its charming shared outdoor space, where you will find a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, barbecues (one for each house), and a covered terrace with a dining area and a lounge area to relax in the evening.
You will find a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, and the nearest beach, Playa de los Lagos, in the village of El Cotillo, just a 5-minute drive away (2 km).
Guests can also visit the Calderón Hondo volcano (25 minutes by car, 10.8 km) or the Acua water park, especially if traveling with children (20 minutes by car, 18.2 km).
The island’s airport is a 41-minute drive away (43.7 km).
Parking is available on the property.

La casa es muy acogedora está muy bien equipada , barbacoa , piscina desde la terraza se ve el mar, Tenía hasta mascotas perro y un gato que no se separaron .
La casa de al lado aunque son independientes se pueden comunicar y el último día hubo bastante bullicio de madrugada
