The apartment Naypa is located in Cadíz close to the beach.

The modern apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating cable TV, a washing machine and a dryer.

Due to the local regulation of Cádiz, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians.

Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night, from 11 PM to 7 AM. There is a security system in the house but it does not take photos or videos. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
