The 82 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a balcony.
Enjoy the sunset on your private balcony or head to the shared rooftop pool for the ultimate relaxation. The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a garden and garden furniture. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 116m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 742m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 149m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 1.28km. Walking/driving distance to beach: 49m Playa del Peñoncillo. Walking/driving distance to nearest airport: 62km Málaga - Costa del Sol. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Depending on the time of arrival, check-in will be done in person or via a security key box with code.

Ein Pool auf dem Dach und Strand direkt vor der Haus. Strandpromenade und Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Eigentümerin des Apartments Silvia kam uns bei der Anreise und Abreise sehr entgegen. Wir dürften früher einziehen und später ausziehen passend zu unseren Flügen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und merken uns dieses Apartment für due Zukunft!
Die Frontseite des Gebäudes liegt an einer Straße mit intensiven Verkehr. Wer beim Lärm empfindlich ist, sollte das berücksichtigen. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.

Seitliche Meer-Blick, Pool war okay , so war alles sauber nur die weiße Handtücher waren alles anders als weiß. Man sollte die von jemanden waschen lassen der es kann.
