This family-friendly apartment is located in Benalmádena and boasts a great location near to the beach.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room (with a sofa bed), a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people - ideal for family holidays.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning (in the whole apartment), a washing machine, a game console as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment also boasts private terraces (open and covered) where you can chill out in the evening.
Guests can also enjoy the shared outside pool and children's pool open from the 15th of April to the 15th of October. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 337m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 356m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 342m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 273m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 900m Playa de la Carihuela. Walking/driving distance to airport: Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport 11.7km. Public parking is available near the property. Pets, parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Groups of young friends are not allowed. An elevator is available in the building. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Speziell für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Netter Kontakt zum Besitzer via Email oder WhatApp. Bei Problemen hilft er schnell weiter und antwortet gewöhnlich binnen weniger Stunden. Gepflegter Gemeinschaftspool ist vorhanden.
Zum Strand sind es etwas 12 Minuten Fußmarsch.
