The 'Apartment 250 m from the beach', fully renovated, has 42 m² and is located in Almuñécar, a city in southern Spain.
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 people.
You have Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, television, washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
Children are welcome, and a cot and high chair for babies are available. The apartment is ideally situated in the upper part of Almuñécar's historic center, just 30 m from the castle, 100 m from the museum, 150 m from the botanical and ornithological park, and 250 m from the aquarium.
In addition, you are only 3 or 4 minutes (270 to 300 m) from restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets.
The picturesque Costa Tropical Beach is just an 8-minute walk (600 m) away.
The nearest airports, Málaga-Costa del Sol and Federico García Lorca Granada, are about 1 hour and 5 minutes (90 km) away by car. Smoking is allowed inside. Please note that during your stay there may be government regulations regarding water usage, which could affect access to the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.

La casa era muy acogedora, la cocina estaba nueva, todo tipo de platos y vasos, bastantes toallas para reponer.
Ya que no dispone de patio ni de balcón, tiene secadora para secar la ropa de la lavadora.
El lugar, un sitio precioso, en el casco, uno de los barrios más típicos y bonitos de Andalucía.
Para visitar tienes todo a tu alcance.
La televisión sólo funciona la smart TV y la conexión no era buena.
