With a view of the sea, the villa Los Nísperos de Paco in Cómpeta is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The 3-storey villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with Italian and capsule coffee machines and a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (3 with shower and 2 with bathtub) as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The swimming pool can be heated on request for an extra cost (from March to June and from September to November). Please inform the owner at least one week in advance.
Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 785m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 1.33km. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 1.11km. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 1.05km. Walking/driving distance to beach: 22.8km Playa de Lagos.
Free parking is available on the property (3 parking spaces on the premises). Pets are allowed upon request.
