House in a great location with large terrace and fantastic sea views.
Perfect to enjoy the summer and a romantic vacation.
The holiday house Papaya is located near the residential area of Cala Canyelles where is a diving school, information point, good restaurant and a large communal pool.
Next to the house there are stairs with direct access to the harbour and the beach.
This house offers spectacular sea views.
The house has a living / dining room with open kitchen and direct access to the terrace.
It has large windows with beautiful views to the sea and the bay. From the terrace you can see the sea and the beach.
Terrace equipped with sunloungers, table with chairs and portable BBQ. Satellite TV (Astra) available.
Practical open kitchen equipped with cutlery and crockery, gas kitchen, electric oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (Melitta), and toaster.
Cozy bedroom with double bed and sofa-bed (sleeping possibility for a third person - with extra charge). Large bathroom with bathtub.
Private parking area available.
GENERAL INFORMATION The bedroom has warderobes, pillows and blankets.
All linen, bedding and towels can be rented. (Previously inquiries please) Sleeping possibility for 1 additional person (with extra charge). Washing and cleaning kit (shovel, broom and MOP) available.
Gas heating, high chair or cot can be rented (extra charge). Extra services Bed linen: € 15 / Person Towels: € 5 / kit Cot: € 10 / stay Heating: € 20 / gas bottle or € 15 / day in central heating.
Air conditioning (only available in certain houses): Reading counter 0.29 € / kW. Domestic animals (usually allowed upon request): € 5 / day / animal The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches.
Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.
In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, comunity pool (25m x 10m) and tennis court.
Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities.
It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.
Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.
The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.
The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization.
In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized.
Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.
The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.
The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers.
If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
How to get there: Take the AP2 motorway, take exit 9 towards Lloret de Mar. Once you arrive in Lloret de Mar, take the road to Tossa de Mar and after 2.5km on the right you will find the exit to Cala Canyelles.
Continue straight until you find a square.
The Playa Arena office is on the right side of this square.
You have the right to use the pool paying 4 euros per day per person with one drink included or 18 euros per person per week with one drink included.

The flat is small but cozy, with an amazing terrace with a sea view. The area was really quiet at the moment (not summer yet) and the beach nearby (you have a stair that’s driving you directly to the beach) it’s beautiful. I would really recommend it!
