This bright and welcoming apartment is located in the prestigious Illador Hotel area of Puerto Pollensa, just a few steps from the sea.
Situated on a first floor with stair access only (no lift), it offers peace and convenience in a privileged setting. With an approximate surface area of 100 m², it features three spacious double bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds, all equipped with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning.
There are two full bathrooms with showers, designed to provide maximum comfort for groups of up to 6 people. The apartment includes a very bright living-dining area with air conditioning and direct access to a private balcony, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.
The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave and all necessary utensils, and connects seamlessly with the living space.

Ferienwohnungen in einem Haus mit mehreren Appartements mit seitlichem Blick aufs Meer, nur 50m zum Meer mit einer sehr schönen ruhigen Promenade mit Bäumen und Sitzbänken.
Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße, Geschäfte und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area. Really beautiful walk, around 20 mins to go to restaurants in the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Will definitely return!
