The Rose The Rose is an apartment located in the heart of Sitges on the third floor of a building with an elevator and private parking.
It is an apartment with an ideal size, for a maximum of 4 people it has everything you need to have a great vacation.
The apartment is on a corner and has 2 very comfortable terraces with views of the street and spacious enough to have breakfast, dinner or simply relax reading a book.
It has a double room with bunk beds, another room with two double beds of 100x190 convertible into a double of 200X190 with direct access to the terrace overlooking the main street.
It has a bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is small but fully equipped and has access to a second balcony overlooking the side street.
On this balcony there is a washing machine and dishwasher.
The living room has air conditioning, TV, sofa and a table and chairs for 4 people.
From the living room you can access the same terrace as the main room.
There is also a communal swimming pool for the exclusive use of the building's residents, which is accessed from the street.
The apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from Sitges train station.
It is a highly recommended apartment for spending holidays with family or friends.
